A Halloween afternoon for children aged 6 and up. Author Hazel Mulqueen reads from Howl at Halloween, then the animated film Flow is screened, followed by face painting, puzzles and animal-welfare activities. Costumes are welcome, with a prize for the best one, and children must come with an adult.
